Application of Plastic Injection Mold in Injection Moulding Process

Usually, the plastic bag process uses two injection moulding methods: One-time moulding by double-coloured plastic injection machine or secondary injection moulding by regular plastic injection machine. The raw material plastic injection processing is to put the raw material fitting into the injection mould for plastic injection.

Ⅰ. The type of plastic injection moulding

Metal-coated plastics is the process of over-coating injection molding after the production of metal parts is completed. There are many other names for metal-coated plastics, such as "metal-coated plastic, plastic-coated plastic, iron-coated plastic, copper-coated plastic, and plastic-coated metal".

Plastic over plastic also has many other names: plastic over plastic, over plastic, over beer, two-shot molding, two-color injection molding, multi-color injection molding, which belong to the over plastic injection molding process.

Ⅱ. The materials of plastic injection moulding

The material of the hardware encapsulation. In principle, the hardware part belongs to metal materials, including stainless steel, brass, aluminum alloy, charging terminals, conductive terminals, wires, steel wires, bearings, metal stamping parts, metal turning parts and other metal parts. The commonly used materials for the plastic part are PC, ABS, PP, POM, TPE, TPU, PVC, PA66, PA6, PA46, hard rubber, soft rubber, and fiber-modified plastics, which are widely used in various fields.

No matter the plastic bag, plastic is one-time moulding or secondary moulding. All plastic materials can use plastic bag injection moulding process, the essential commonly used engineering plastics (PC, ABS, PP, POM, TPE, TPU, PVC, PA66, PA6, PA46, hard plastic, soft plastic, fibre) have a wide range of applications.

Ⅲ. The application of plastic injection moulding technology

The plastic injection moulding technology has been used widely in many different fields, such as appearance products, conductive products, charging terminals, hardware handles, product reinforcement, waterproof products, electrical products, beauty products, mother and baby products, household appliances, electric fans, new energy vehicles, game consoles, sports equipment, small night lights, table lamps, etc.
